Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy
Thanks for your interest in the products of TOMOFUN Inc. (“FURBO”).
Please be aware of shipping limitations, returns and warranty policy when ordering the product(s).
Product Shipping Address Limitations
TOMOFUN Inc. currently offers shipping in the United States only. We are NOT able to deliver to PO boxes, APO (military) boxes, FPO (foreign) boxes, freight forwarders, hotels, warehouses, airports, international addresses, or a few limited geographic areas within the U.S.
The products must be shipped to your home or business address.
If a product is shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and off-shore US territories there will be additional shipping and handling fees that will be quoted to you. Expedited and Priority shipping does not apply to Hawaii and Alaska.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers that may also delay delivery times.
The following may result in delayed shipping or delivery:
- Incorrect shipping address;
- Canceling items, combining orders or changing your shipping address; or
- Carrier’s failure to deliver (e.g. blockage, civil commotions, riots, mobilization, strikes, lockouts, act of God, severe weather, plague or other epidemic, tornado, storm , hurricane or any other cause beyond the seller's or carrier's control.)
30-day Money Back Guaranteed Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from shopus.furbo.com for any reason, you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- A electronic shipping label must be requested from our team “Support” within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting support@Furbo.com
- Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
- All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging—cardboard box and paper sleeve.
Your purchase price will be refunded through the original payment method. You must include your original sales receipt for the Furbo and a reason for return. Your shipping, handling, and installation costs are not refunded when returning the product. Money back returns are limited to one unit per year.
Furbo is not responsible for any lost mail. To return the product, package the Furbo in its original packaging, include your original sales receipt and reason for return, and ship it with a postmark no later than 30 days from the date of purchase or the date it was shipped to:

Limited One Year Warranty
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.
Tomofun Furbo® warrants that your Furbo™ will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal and proper home use for one year from the original date of purchase or if sold on-line the date of shipping. Furbo will, at its option, repair or replace the Furbo™ without charge upon its receipt of proof of the date of purchase or shipping date. If a replacement
Furbo™ is necessary to service this warranty; the replacement Furbo™ may be new or reconditioned. If a replacement Furbo™ is sent, it will carry a non-transferrable warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period. Furbo will cover the return shipping cost for authorized returns but the purchaser will be responsible for the costs of shipping the product to our warrantee center.
What is not covered by the Limited Warranty?
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PROPERTY DAMAGE AND DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL COSTS AND EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you depending on the state of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damages caused by repairs by anyone other than Furbo or its authorized service providers, use of parts other than genuine Furbo parts, or damages caused by shipping damage, abuse, misuse, alterations, modifications, use with treats not conforming with the supplied instructions, use with non-domesticated animals, damage caused by a pet, outdoor use, improper installation, environmental conditions not normally found within a residence including without limitation excessive heat, sunlight, water, and smoke, failures of the surface on which the product is installed or sitting on, improper cleaning, or acts of God.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE PERIOD OF DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you depending on the state of purchase.
Obtaining Warranty Service
The Furbo™ is a high quality product and, with proper care, is intended to provide years of satisfying performance. Please do not return your Furbo™ for servicing without first speaking to Furbo Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the Product, freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by Furbo. A Furbo™ returned without an RMA number will be returned to the sender without servicing. In accordance with applicable law, Furbo may require that you furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service.
It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the Product. It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service, and Furbo will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.
