Great Product

I love the new Furbo 360, its perfect for peeking in on your pups when your not at home, and giving them a treat. LOVE IT!!!

Disappointed

Had a Furbo that had a software defect and it was difficult to communicate with customer service by chat. They said it was past warranty and offered me to buy another one for a discounted price but I had to buy a year service of Nany video service.
They said that it keeps rebooting, which I really believe I must’ve been with a software upgrade they had.
I should have gotten a free replacement.

Poor connection

I can barely get it to connect and when it does the video quality is low. I received this for free when I upgraded to the prepaid plan otherwise I would have returned it.

It freezes all the time and doesn’t follow my pet

The quality of this furbo is not as good as the one I bought that ended up broken. It’s slow and the camera doesn’t spin to follow the action. It freezes all the time and if I press the arrow once, it swipes til the end instead of going one time. At least it stays connected to the internet and furbo nanny works.

Very Disappointing

Our newly purchased Furbo-360 model speaker was not working well. My wife was at home when I tried using it and said the speaker was "crackling loudly & scratchy", scaring our dog. She said my voice could barely be heard (with Volume at 70-75%), when trying to speak with our dog. Very disapointing.
Communicating via chat & not able to physically speak with CSvc agent was frustrating. Took 5 chats during a 47 min span to try to obtain a Return Label and then 5-6 emails over 3 days to finally recieve Return Label to return new Furbo-360 unit & repurchase our old Standard Furbo unit (non-360 model), and then finally after 3 days emailing back/forth...received Return Label emails. Again, complete ordeal was very disappointing.
