The Tomofun, LLC September 2020 Social Media Giveaway (“Promotion”) is a promotion open to individual residents of the United States who reside in a state to which Furbo Dog Camera ships and, as of the time of entry, are the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their state. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. (“Official Rules”).

Promotion sponsored by Tomofun, LLC 3209 134th Ave NE, Bellevue, Washington 98005-1430. (“Sponsor”). The Promotion begins at 9:00AM ET on April 24th, 2021 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 28th, 2021. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, late, illegible or incomplete entries or any mechanical errors, typographical or printing errors. Employees, officers, directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, related parties and immediate families, and winners of previous contests by Sponsor within the previous six (6) months are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

To Enter: Entrants will automatically be entered into the Promotion by following @furbodogcamera and comment on the specified giveaway post, tagging a genuine person. No entry limit per person per day during the Promotion Period. To be deemed valid, entries must be fully and accurately completed in accordance with the requirements imposed in these Official Rules. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or irregular in any way, or not in full compliance with the Official Rules are void. Entries must be from a personal account, not one used strictly for giveaways, up to the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Entry comments cannot contain any third party names, copyrighted works of others, or any material that is inappropriate, offensive, or obscene. Entries that do not comply with these requirements will be deemed ineligible and will not be considered for the prize. All decisions regarding entries will be made by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Selection: One winner will be selected by April 29th, 2021 by random draw from all eligible entries. Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by direct message within 24 hours after the selection date with instructions to claim the prize. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if message is unanswered for 24 hours, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If necessary, an alternate winner will be determined in accordance with the procedures for selecting the original winner for the prize. Once the winner is verified and requirements have been met, the prize will be promptly awarded.

Prize: Two winners will each receive one Furbo Dog Camera valued up to $249 USD each.

Release: All entrants by participating in this Promotion hereby release Instagram and its affiliates, representatives, employees, agents, licensees and assigns from all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to this Promotion. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, affiliated, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

Conditions and Restrictions: All prizes will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of prizes, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, waiver of liability and publicity release, which must be returned within 15 days of notification of prize award, or prize award will be void and an alternative winner may be selected from remaining eligible entrants. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. By participating, the winner consents to use of name, address and likeness for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules, and release Sponsor and its agents and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss, death, or damage arising out of their participation in promotions and/or acceptance of any prize, and may require permission from employer to enter or accept the prize. Accordingly, entrants should check with their employer for any relevant policies. Any entries or acceptance of prize in violation of an employer’s rules, policies or without their consent may be deemed ineligible and subject to disqualification.
